The Growth Track Team leads guests to a genuine sense of belonging, involvement and spiritual growth at RLCE by meeting people where they are and leading them to next steps. 

The Growth Track Team are the onsite welcoming faces for those who plan their first visit to Redeeming Love Christian Embassy through our "Plan Your Visit" page on our website. 

The Growth Track Team builds relational connections and spiritual growth of adults through Growth Track Classes, groups, volunteer teams, and assimilation of new members to discover their unique purpose and provides next steps in becoming a fully devoted follower of Christ.
